You can disconnect any store, payment provider or ad platform at any time. Disconnecting removes the connection and its credentials from HueChat but keeps the contacts and conversations that were created while it was connected.
- Open Settings and choose Integrations.
- Open the connected card. Its status shows Connected.
- Choose Disconnect at the bottom of the form.
- In the "Disconnect integration" dialog, confirm.

- Open the Ads workspace and stay on the Overview tab.
- On the platform card (Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, Snapchat Ads, LinkedIn Ads or X Ads) choose Disconnect and confirm.
Lead capture from that platform stops immediately. Leads already captured stay in Recent ad leads and in reports.
- The stored credentials: access tokens, secret keys and manager tokens for that connection.
- The automation settings on the card: order actions, abandoned cart settings, template mapping and routing values.
- The account's authorisation for that platform. HueChat stops receiving events from it.
- Contacts created or updated by the integration.
- Conversations, messages, notes and labels.
- Deals created from orders, carts or ad leads.
- Ad leads and the reports built on them.
- Payment links that were already created. They stay valid on the provider side until the provider expires them.
If you also want that data gone, delete the contacts or conversations from HueChat, or contact support@huechat.ai for a bulk request.
Disconnecting in HueChat does not always remove HueChat from the provider's own settings.
- Store platforms: remove the app, revoke the API token or delete the webhook that points to HueChat in the store admin.
- Payment providers: rotate the secret key if it was shared with anyone else, and remove the callback URL.
- Meta: remove HueChat from Business integrations in your Meta Business settings if you no longer use it for any channel. Keep it if your WhatsApp, Instagram or Messenger inbox is still connected.
- Google, TikTok, Snapchat and LinkedIn: revoke HueChat's access in the platform's connected apps settings.
You can reconnect at any time by entering the credentials again. Automation settings are not restored, so note them before you disconnect.
