This article explains the HueChat plans so you can pick the one that fits your team. Prices are set in Saudi riyals (SAR) and every paid plan starts with a 14-day free trial. No card is needed to start the trial.

Yearly billing saves about 20 percent compared with paying monthly. The English interface may show a USD estimate next to the price, but Moyasar always charges SAR.
Free is for trying HueChat with one person and one channel. It includes Live Chat, canned responses, labels, a basic AI agent, Appointments and 100,000 AI Actions per month. Only one channel can be active; other channels you connected earlier stay saved and become available again when you upgrade.
Starter adds a second agent, up to three inboxes, team management, custom attributes, reports, message templates, 1,000 automation runs per month and 200,000 AI Actions per month.
Growth is the most popular plan for growing teams. It adds unlimited channels, Automation Workflows, Broadcasts, lead capture forms, growth widgets, a knowledge base for AI Agents, Analytics, integrations, API access and webhooks, priority support and 500,000 AI Actions per month.
Business raises the limits to 10 agents and 25,000 contacts and adds SLA policies, the account Audit Log, ad integrations (beta), custom reports, dedicated support and 1,000,000 AI Actions per month.
Enterprise is sold by contract. It includes unlimited agents, custom roles, custom integrations, an SLA guarantee and a dedicated account manager. Enterprise accounts are billed manually, not by card.

AI Actions are the monthly allowance that AI Agents, Dashboard AI and Social AI features consume. Each plan includes a monthly amount. On paid plans, unused AI Actions can roll over up to a plan-specific cap, and you can buy extra AI Actions from the AI Actions tab in your profile settings when you need more.
No HueChat plan includes WhatsApp messaging fees. Meta bills those separately based on the template messages you send and the recipient's country. See the article on WhatsApp conversation charges for details.
