This article explains HueChat's privacy roles and shows you how to exercise a data right for yourself or for one of your customers.
HueChat's privacy notice at huechat.ai/privacy describes each data category, its purpose, its legal basis, its retention and the providers involved. It is written for both GDPR and the Saudi Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL).
If an extension is needed because a request is complex, HueChat explains why and gives an expected date. There is normally no charge.
Depending on the law that applies, you can ask to be informed, to access a copy, to correct or complete data, to delete or restrict it, to object, to withdraw consent, or to receive portable data.

After the window closes the account cannot be reactivated. Billing, tax, security, audit and legal-hold records may be kept where the law requires. Today the final, irreversible removal is carried out by HueChat support rather than fully automatically, so support confirms the completed scope and timing in writing.
If one of your customers asks you to delete or export their WhatsApp or Instagram conversation, you handle the request as the controller. Delete the contact and its conversations from HueChat, or email support@huechat.ai if you need help locating everything tied to a phone number or handle.
If personal data you control is affected by a breach, HueChat notifies you without undue delay so you can meet your own obligations. Where HueChat is the controller it notifies the competent EU supervisory authority within 72 hours where GDPR applies, and SDAIA within the period the PDPL sets.
Contact support@huechat.ai first so we can investigate. You may also complain to the competent authority. In Saudi Arabia, the Saudi Data and AI Authority (SDAIA) runs the personal data protection portal. Contacting HueChat first does not limit that right.
